During our workshops, you will expand your skills and teaching competencies. We talk about different topics and you can gain direct practical experience.
You decide for yourself how many pupils you would like to support during your time at Lern-Fair . You can also adapt the school subjects and topics to your individual abilities.
Your work can help pupils with learning difficulties or limited access to education.
If you wish, we can issue you with a certificate for your voluntary work. You can add this to your CV and quote it when applying for a job.
At our face-to-face meetings, you can exchange ideas with like-minded people, work on ideas together and learn a lot about yourself in the process. And our mentors will support you throughout and help you with questions and problems.

On February 10, we will meet for our first online workshop and you will get to know us and like-minded people. From now on, you will accompany a learning partner.
Two more online workshops will follow in March and April. Here you can share your experiences and get more tips for your learning support.
